Allow to fully archive a share with one click
There are situations when a share is no longer needed. In such a case a user has to manually revoke all items, wait for them to get processed and then delete the share. This user experience could be better. I would like to be able to archive / delete a share with a click of a single button.
If a share is not possible to delete because of issues I'd like to receive an email notification that a share was not possible to delete (for example some because some item could not be revoked)
Hi @zsaltys thanks for opening this issue - for both adding share items and revoking share items we can look to support a way to add/revoke multiple items in batch. I am thinking similar to the checkbox selection we have for something like verify share items or re-apply
In that case a user can revoke all items in one pass and then delete the share if no complications on revoke
Let me know if you are thinking differently
For notifications - let's use the parent issue #1420 to determine all events where we want outbound notifications on and can implement a generic way to do so?
