enforce in CDK that infra and deployment regions should be the same

Is your idea related to a problem? Please describe. Currently infra and deployment regions must be the same and it's mentioned only in the document

Describe the solution you'd like To avoid unsupported deployments (and possibly bug reports related to that) we can enforce this rule in the CDK
