names of validator object: `-` replaced by `.`

Hi Mark,

once more, thanks for maintaining and constantly improving {validate}! Since I introduced it into our data production pipeline tool, it's used by more and more colleages at my department.

One question: Did you recently change the naming of elements of a validator object? I just discovered that when I import a ruleset from a data.frame, - in rule names are replaced by ..

Would you mind explaining this decision (since I liked having - in my rule names)?

I think that @edwindj may have done something to that effect, possibly because of validatedb?
