Always select sync when .datdownload exists
Running the shortcut command, e.g. dat dir/ doesn't read the .datdownload file. Fix may be making the selectFromFile a global option for any command that isn't writer.
This is also true of a clone, for example with https://github.com/joehand/dat-clone-sparse-test.
If the .datdownload file exists we should always selective sync. May be better to implement this in dat-node.
