No Ignore Hidden + Dat Ignore conflicts

I am reporting:

Bug Report

Please give us details about your installation to assist you. Run dat -v to see the version of Dat you are using.

  • Operating system: all
  • Node Version: v10
  • Dat Version: v13.11

Expected behavior

--no-ignore-hidden option should not allow hidden files added to .datignore. For example, I have node_modules in .datignore but /node_modules/.somefile is getting added to the dat.
