DatArchive.fork is not a function

DatArchive.fork throws an error.

This seems not implemented.

You should be able to work off of what I did for dat-archive-web to do a fork.

The main piece here is to use pda.exportArchiveToArchive after creating a new archive to populate it with data from the original.
