Archive/Deprecate node-dat-archive

It seems like this repo and the npm package is not further used. It might be good to archive this repo and add a deprecation marker to npm?

I think some people still rely on this. I'd like to deprecate in favor of https://github.com/beakerbrowser/dat-node but haven't had time to get that repo fully formed up.

Im +1 to your suggestion as soon as that repo is ready.
