Portable version runtime error: Library cublas64_12.dll is not found or cannot be loaded

Hi! First, thank you for your great work! I'm really looking forward for further updates and improvements in this project. when trying to run voice2voice, i get this message: RuntimeError: Library cublas64_12.dll is not found or cannot be loaded

Hi, you need Whisper settings, select compute type to int8 and Device to cpu

It's a temporary solution
