Where to put hands-on labs

I have a hands-on lab that is a good exercise to help learn Chaos Engineering https://wellarchitectedlabs.com/Reliability/300_Testing_for_Resiliency_of_EC2_RDS_and_S3/Lab_Guide.html

There is no section for labs. Should I start a new section, or add it to an existing one?

Feel free to create a new section for labs/workshops. Make sure to add it to the ToC too.
