Helm Chart: gateway.backend Missing "imagePullSecrets"

I noticed that the gateway.backend Helm chart schema was missing imagePullSecrets whilst attempting to use a custom image for workers/schedulers via dask-gateway.

I've taken a shot at addressing this addition in #583
