Deprecate in favor of Kubernetes

This library does not see much maintenance love. With the adoption of Kubernetes across all cloud platforms we might consider pointing people to that instead.

This would involve at least putting loud disclaimers in the README and docs. We might also make a new release that errs informatively.

When I started the k8s heml chart for dask it was one of the intentions.
