[ENH] Explore index join support on sql merges.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Dask supports optimizing joins when certain columns are indexed or their divisions are known. It might make sense to see if this optimized codepath is being utilized by dask-sql in cases where applicable and if not, what would be required to enable this.
