[ENH] Making Fugue[dask] depend on Dask-sql
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently dask-sql has integration with Fugue. The problem is some Fugue change will break this integration. Also Fugue-dask by default relies on the qpd project to support SQL, which I want to totally deprecate.

It's a good time to make the change now because you no longer depend on conda and Calcite.

We were planning on cutting a release EOD today/early tomm, to bump our dask version dependency to be compatible with the upcoming Rapids release. That being said we're happy to do another patch release in the coming week or two and we can add the relevant code changes in then.
