In the directory you setup you can find the instance config files gotv.cfg and server.cfg where the variables for the launch command is configured.

Do you mind if I purpose a PR to manage custom launch commands? I had to edit instance.sh in order to get a plugin to work (https://github.com/lengran/OpenPrefirePrac)

Or is it a security concern and maybe you prefer to handle each case by yourself?
