Detailed/extended documentation

Hi all!

I recently found MSM and got it set up and working well using the mini-guide in the readme.md. Had some issues at first which were difficult to work through without much help from documentation or the internet, but got there in the end. (Was probably just a configuration issue as I solved it by purging everything CS related on my server and starting from scratch)

I've been playing around with it for a few hours today and am now looking at installing metamod/sourcemod and noticed it says there is support for this in MSM, but no documentation. It would be great if there was some more detailed information available to help with this, and im sure it would help future users with setup issues.

For Metamod and sourcemod: They were well supported with CS:GO, but we're still figuring out how to make them work with CS2. As I don't currently use them with CS2, I'm relying on others to test and tell their experience.

For the documentation, I'm open to PRs or specific suggestions for improvement.
