Farm Mode not working?

I've tried this multiple times in 3.9.2.4 and 3.9.2.5 but it never seems to move engrams.

I have the vault selected, refresh set to 60, engrams checked. But engrams never leave my character to go to the vault. Conversely, when I select the character and hit play, the engrams are not transferred to the character. Any other info I can provide? Would love for this feature to work with Rise of Irons amount of drops.

I'm using the Windows executable.

I made a few changes recently I think it got worse, I'll be investigating it today and see how I can improve the experience. Thanks for the feedback

EDIT: As a workaround try pressing stop and play when it gets stuck on not transferring anything.

Fwiw, I used the mac version last night and it seemed to be working fine with farm mode. So not consistent between platforms oddly enough.
