Dashmate ask external ip for fullnodes

Expected Behavior

Fullnode operators should not be asked for external ip because it is not required

Current Behavior

When you do dashmate setup, and select either fullnode or evolution fullnode, wizard guide asks you for an external ip to set

Possible Solution

Remove external ip from the input form of the fullnodes

We need an external IP to obtain SSL certificate with ZeroSSL. I guess we can make external IP kinda optional and ask it only when it is required.
