feat: configure tenderdash view in kibana

Every time we deploy a devnet, we need to configure Kibana views manually from scratch

What was done?

Exported Tenderdash config from Kibana.

Modified the elastic_stack role to import exported configuration.

How Has This Been Tested?

Ansible part - NOT TESTED

Kibana API tested with:
