make public Parser.Symbol.type

To make it easy to work with Parser.Symbol and state of expr, let's make Parser.Symbol.type public.

will not merge since there are a number of private protected fields and it seems a bit arbitrary to just expose one. Feel free to re-open with your reasoning for exposing Symbol.type
