l10n - language strings crowd sourced

More of a long term thing - we could do with making the dasher v6 international - and to do this I would have thought we need to make sure:

• Archiecture separates the language strings (maybe you've done this Jim)
• Allow for easily importing new language strings
• Have config setting to change locale

(and later - deal with Language models that work in that language.. I know Brian/Sasha/Keith know about this but popping this here as its as good as place as any https://www.poio.eu)

We've used https://poeditor.com/ before a range of our projects and weve had good uptake for people around the globe creating their own translations (https://speakbook.netlify.app and pasco we have done this with). It is free for Open source. Works pretty well. Maybe others though
