Add chapter name on pointer ?

While browsing on the timeline, we may show the chapter name ? As do Youtube since they support chapters.

We need :

  • [x] to hide any aside.tracks if a flash is displayed
  • [ ] a parameter how long time a flash stays on
  • [ ] a parameter to prevent flash
  • [ ] a minimum displayable height to show a flash
  • [x] a public API to show a flash

Code is removed, we will do it with a private plane on track with specific css. Easier, simplier
