Somebody to be the Windows build / port maintainer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For the Windows build it would greatly help if somebody can quickly identify problems and solve them. These would include portability issues, implementing the Windows-specific bits of some features, harassing the MSVC compiler into supporting C++ as per spec and talking to others using Evoke about Windows issues.
