Fix rpm lint warnings for OpenSUSE 15.3

  • Change license string to match one of the spdx strings: https://spdx.org/licenses/
  • Remove duplicate files after installing
  • Add "Group" label appropriate for SUSE
  • Example build output is here: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:geopm/dasbus
