This would be very nice except for two elements --

1. Eliminate the big plus sign marring the clock display at the bottom right.
2. Eliminate the settings header.

I suggest there be a main display of the clocks only with a secondary screen for adding cities and a third screen for adding GMT +- zones that are accessed with a swipe. Requester David Walton
