Menu items randomly shifts offscreen

If do a lot of clicks to any top menu item drop down menu items will randomly shift almost to the bottom of drop down menu area.

Hey @non-descriptive! Thank you for reporting this (as well as #338 & #337). I'll be busy with other parts of Panopticon for the next ~6 months. So I won't get around it this year. 😫

I'm fine with it. Not even sure if it's panopticon-specific issues or just inherited from dependent crates. Maybe I'll even try to fix some of when get more familiar with rust. Awesome tool anyway. You did great.
