[Feature Request] VIM Visual Mode for Selecting Manga

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When wanting to read a lot of manga I end up using ctrl+E a lot (3 keystrokes per chapter).

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to do something like vim's visual mode to select. (e.g. Shift+v, and then move arrow keys up/down to move selection.)

Describe alternatives you've considered Hmm, maybe also briefly thought about other non-vim keybindings like ctrl+space. Maybe the key that's used vi vs. emacs mode could be configurable?

Additional context I am happy to implement this.
