У меня получилось так:  Дальше очищаем локально историю и вгружаем с сервера. На каждое событие вылезает Popup+ Чат, разумеется, не должен быть Muted.

Can you try "Load server history" contact menu item? It should load the whole history. If not, then this is Miranda's bug
