Nvidia Platform Controllers and Framework Code 31 (CMP 70HX)

the gpu itself has no error but for some reason when i installed the drivers the Nvidia controller things has a CODE 31 error "Este dispositivo no funciona correctamente porque Windows no puede cargar los controladores requeridos para dicho dispositivo. (Código 31)" it says something like: this device wont work properly cuz windows cant load the requiered drivers for this device
