Fuzzy JPEGs
This is a very nice piece, but I'm surprised to see that most of the example images have been saved as JPEGs, which consequently look a bit fuzzy or dirty, when PNG would have avoided that degradation. This is a pedantic point, of course, and there's no obligation to fix — it's just that much of the point of LaTeX is to be pedantic about the optimal presentation of things.
That's a good point, I didn't notice the issue until I switched to a retina display, I'll definitely replace the JPGs with PNGs.
