Evaluating the possible need for doc updates due to changes to pub

Summary

Various minor changes listed in change log, double checking if anything in the docs is affected

Evaluation

• "Remove remaining support for .packages:"

  • [ ] I added the --legacy-packages-file workaround in 2.18 updates, need to remove that for 2.19

• Various pub tool related updates MIGHT affect some pages (unlikely, scan pages for term usage and context anyway):

  • [ ] Check Dependency overrides for related changes
  • [ ] Check Publishing packages in general
  • [ ] Check Troubleshooting pub in general
  • [ ] Maybe The pubspec file
