Currently displayed class should be highlighted within the LHS repository display

Currently there is no indication from the LHS column of which page you are within. See e.g. the below:

It would help to have the page that the user is currently in (e.g. File in this case) highlighted.

The easiest way to do this is probably for the background of that element to be white matching the body background.
