[BUG] Too slow execution.

Running dart-code-metrics with GitHub actions taking too big time. It is more then 2 minutes for now. In compare analytics taking less then 40 seconds.

Could be nice to take small base Docker image for the code-metrics: https://hub.docker.com/r/plugfox/flutter or even https://hub.docker.com/_/dart
