Include external dependencies in SDK

Users on mac currently need to download and install libusb for dartino flash to work on the F746 board. On the FRDM board we will likely need other externally libraries such as CMSIS-DAP.

We should investigate if we can bundle these in the SDK, e.g. by statically linking them

Most important part would be to get rid of the need to brew install libusb on Mac.
