Support HTML markup on pub.dartlang.org

README.md files on github are allowed contain HTML markup such as tables. It would be useful if pub.dartlang.org also supported this. For an example check the github repository here https://github.com/ltackmann/handheld and contrast this with the same README.md rendered on http://pub.dartlang.org/packages/handheld

pub.dartlang uses Python's markdown package to build the HTML. They have a supported tables plugin.
