show uploader on pub versions page

For coordination purposes, sometimes it is useful to see who uploaded a particular version of a package. Maybe we can show on each version of a package the actual person that did the upload?
I'm not convinced that we really want this though. For example, some packages have a single uploader, then seeing who did the upload might be too much redundant information. Maybe this information is only useful to see by the actual members/uploaders of a given package?
