Implicit map dereference

What are the plan to merge https://github.com/vicb/angular.dart/commit/a06849c7ce3cb8f38655185dfaeb852edd707fd9 ?

For now {{ map.length }} still returns map["length"].

(ref #1269)

This issue has some unintended consequences. I think beyond the scope of 1.1.
