Not setting notification to silent means phone never goes to sleep

Hello, I've encountered an issue in Android 12 (possibly earlier and I may not have noticed) - when BatteryBot notifications is left it's in default stage, the phone is never fully asleep this leads to ironically poor battery performance and even phone heat up. Setting BatteryBot main notification to silent solves this issue. I noticed this at first because I would be on my lock screen and the phone tries to go to sleep and is woken up when BatteryBot updates.

Is there something you can do to fix this on your end, or perhaps recommend users set the notification to silent from within the app?
