fapolicyd blocks in permissive mode

Still getting 'Error (Permission denied) adding fanotify mark for /run/user/121/doc' which blocks fapolicyd from starting, is there a way around this? Ubuntu 24.04 fapolicyd 1.3.3-2 thanks
