Settings to disable WP components

Hi,

Right now it's possible to disable Comments and Emoji. What do you think about adding components below?

  • Disable XML-RPC
  • Disable trackbacks and pingbacks
  • Disable Feeds
  • Disable the Windows Live Writer (WLW) manifest link
  • Disable the Really Simple Discovery (RSD) link
  • Disable the default WordPress shortlink
  • Disable loading Dashicons on frontend
