Support for dotnetcore

Here is the start of adding support for core.

I'm starting a new project in a separate directory while I get the project to work. Once it works, I'll copy it over the existing directory and bump the version to 3.0.

All of the pre-core support will be on version 2.x.

This will resolve #35

Will Automoq have support for netStandard2.0?
