Tracerinfo update

Beginning some changes to deal with changes to the tracerinfo.dat file for version 12.2.0 of GEOS-Chem; this changes the width of the tracer name field in the table specification to be much wider, which breaks our hard-coded logic. Unfortunately, it is difficult to auto-infer the structure of the table since some columns can have just one space between them.
