It's not a good first issue, if anything it's a good tough issue. :)

It was more meant as a self reminder more than a year ago, but this one is pretty clear. A policy to Miniscript compiler would be nice to have as part of this library. It would be nice that it is different from the C++ and Rust (which is a re-implementation of the C++ one) ones.
