Fail to run application with open command

I try to run the Framer program that I freshly installed by copying the Framer.app folder from the archive to the /Applications folder.

When I run it this happens: Darling [/Applications]# open Framer.app/ LSOpenURLsWithRole STUB Failed to launch: -4

Then absolute silence. I am not sure if this is a darling bug but still... What should be my first guesses?

It is as it says : LSOpenURLsWithRole STUB - I.e. The darling code is incomplete, that routine is a stub.

I am also having this exact issue. Are there any known working GUI apps I can test?
