Updated metadata.json to allow installation on gnome 3.8

It seems to work fine, but it has not been thoroughly tested.

Doesn't seem to be working for me. Gnome Tweak tool puts a warning sign next to the extension and prevents me from enabling it. Any ideas?

Try using gnome-shell-extension-tool to disable and enable the extension e.g.

$> gnome-shell-extension-tool -d [email protected]
$> gnome-shell-extension-tool -e [email protected]

Gnome-shell may need to be restarted this can be done by pressing Alt+F2 typing the letter r and pressing Enter.

with gnome-shell 3.8 system log shows:

JS LOG: Extension "[email protected]" had error: TypeError: layoutManager is undefined
