How to backup settings?
Is there a way to backup all the entries and restore them on another PC?
If you are using Firefox I guess you are not using the same Firefox profile on every PC ? then you need to proceed like this.
PC-1 your current PC with your OpenWith settings.

Open Options page of the addon to know the uuid, you will find it in address bar of the browser (in my case is moz-extension://3f39cbc1-bd74-4995-bf9f-f0b495c0d439/options.html )

When you know the uuid go to your Firefox profile and go to \storage\ default folder and find a folder with the same uuid (in my case is moz-extension+++3f39cbc1-bd74-4995-bf9f-f0b495c0d439^userContextId=4294967295). Then copy the whole folder to another place for backing up (there are all your OpenWith settings).
Then if you want to have the same settings on another PC proceed like this, on your PC-2

Install OpenWith addon and close Firefox.

Go to your Firefox profile and open the file prefs.js with notepad or notepad++ and search for the line user_pref("extensions.webextensions.uuids", then find [email protected] and you will see the uuids, then replace it with the uuid from the PC-1 (in my case it was 3f39cbc1-bd74-4995-bf9f-f0b495c0d439) save changes and close it.

Now move the OpenWith settings folder from your PC-1 (you previously backup) to \storage\ default folder of the Firefox profile on your PC-2.

Open Firefox and you have restored your OpenWith settings and entries.
