New parameter that defines a folder/path

Hi. Is it possible to add a new parameter that will pass a folder/path to the arguments for a "browser", e.g., invokes the “Save As ...” dialog box to select the desired path. It will be very convenient to use it with programs such as youtube-dl: youtube-dl -o %folder %s
