Installation complete but Addon don't work

Hi, I just installed the addon on Firefox version 63 on my Windows 10 computer. I followed the installation described on the Open With configuration page but it can't complete its setup. So I followed the steps on https://github.com/darktrojan/openwith/issues/173 and I verified that what everything is installed correctly. All is good and smooth but the Addon cannot achieve the Test Installation and I don't have any log on my browser's console. Does anybody ever had the same issue as mine?
