New version 7.0.2 is not working with UAC

Firefox 56.0.2 on Windows 7 x64. I have added 2 portable browsers not detected by OpenWith, and nothing happens when I try to open a page/link with them. I must mention that these portable browsers are asking for admin rights at launch, but it worked fine with OpenWith 6.x.

If you want to try them: Chrome Opera

I think it's probably more to do with the fact they're the portable versions than that you added them yourself, as Open With treats all browsers the same way.

By the way, you know Opera make a portable version of their own browser, right?

I'm used to these portable installers, they works wells and are "containerized" (can't write to the registry or add services)., and are often superiors to the "official" portable solution.

Anyway, I've tried the official Opera portable an it is launched by OpenWith, so the problem seems to be (the absence of) the UAC prompt.

I've tried with regedit (because it's an UAC enabled application) and it didn't launch.

Could you try one of these portable browsers I have linked and try to debug the problem ?

Thanks.
