Update thumbnail on each site visit not once in a day and time settings to get thumbnail after loading the site

Hi.

Could you, please, implement settings to control timings to get thumbnails, such as:

1. update thumbnail in more flexible way not like now, just once a day (change function getTZDateString)

• on each site visit
• every day
• every week
• etc.

2. settings for controlling the time duration after which a thumbnail will be taken since not all sites load instantly resulting in "blank" thumbnails.
