[Feature Request] Pin Folders

I've been trying to find a New Tab page with support for pinning files and folders for so long I don't think any support the feature. This is my favorite New Tab addon so far though, would it be possible to add support for pinning folders from my system to the new tab page?

You should be able to craft your own URLs to static local (or remote) folders and add them manually.

Take note though that browser/website access to your local filesystem is by default locked down and with good reason, enabling access may be unnecessarily complicated and less secure than eg pinning something to your taskbar.
